Two room-apartment of 50qm each for 2 – 5 persons, each equipped with:
- 1 double  or 3-bed room
- spacious  living area with double sofa bed and dining area
- kitchenette with ceramic cooking plate, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and microwave
- bathroom with shower, bathtub, WC and hairdryer
- 3 spacious balcony

  All our apartments are furnished  in natural alpine pine wood and they offer you:
- fully equipped kitchen
- satellite TV, room safe, and WIFI connection
- Bed linen, towels and tea towels (weekly change)
- all apartments feature wooden floors, there is no carpet (for those with allergies)
- in our apartments smoking is not permitted (No-smoking)
- pets are not allowed

our guests do also have:
- a private parking place in our garage (all apartments can be accesed via lift, starting from the garage)
- ski depot and ski boots warmer
- free entry at the swimming pool areas of Mar Dolomit
