Check-in/out:
on your arrival the apartment will be available from 3.00 pm, departure within 9.00 am.
Preferred arrival / departure day: saturday
Booking confirmation:
The reservation is confirmed only after the payment of the confirmation deposit by money bank wyring and through our writing.
Cancellation conditions:
At the moment of the confirmation, we ask for a confirmation deposit of 30% of the total price.
In case of cancellation:
- till 31 days before the date of the arrival, only the deposit will not be refunded
- 30 till 8 days before the date of the arrival, we charge 60% of the total reservation price (minus the deposit)
- 7 days or less before the date of the arrival, in case of no arrival, late arrival or early depature, we charge 100% of the total reservation price (minus the deposit)
- We recommande a travel insurance
